How are Craft Cocktails made?
Craft Cocktails are handmade in Dublin 7 by our team of award winning bartenders. Craft Cocktails are created using fresh ingredients and then go through a natural stabilization process in-house.
What are the ingredients?
Our range of bottled cocktails are made using 100% natural ingredients only. That means natural fruits, no chemicals, just some serious bartender know-how. When we say lime, we mean fresh lime, when we say strawberry we mean real strawberry.
What is that stuff at the bottom of the bottle?
As we use only natural ingredients, some sedimentation may occur. Shake bottle before use.
How should Craft Cocktails be served?
Craft Cocktails are ready to serve — just chill, shake, pop and pour. They are best served over ice and a garnish can be added as desired. Each bottle has the method and a simple suggested garnish printed on the side of the label.
What about ice?
Serve chilled, straight from the fridge, in your nicest glass, and don't be shy with the ice! We serve ours with ice cubes made from Cocktail Kingdom's food grade rubber ice cube trays, Craft Cocktails are the exclusive Irish stockists of this New York brand.
What is the shelf life?
Craft Cocktails have a 4-6 month shelf life. The exceptions are our online exclusives - the Belfast Coffee and the Not a Negroni which have a four week shelf life. The best before date is stamped on the label of all our cocktails. Once opened, keep in the fridge and drink within 3 days. A good rule of thumb is to treat your cocktail as you would white wine in the fridge.
How many serves are in each bottle?
Our 700ml bottles contain 7 serves. Our 200ml bottles contain 2 serves. The exception is the Belfast Coffee which contains 6 serves.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship nationwide in the Republic of Ireland. You can also collect from us at Craft Cocktails x Cuckoo Lane 7 days a week. We're right beside Bar 1661.
Do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate fee of €7.50 for packaging and secure shipping - we want your Craft Cocktails to arrive in one piece! We also offer free shipping on our mixed bundles or on orders over €100.
How long will it take to get my order?
Nationwide: It can take between 4-7 working days to receive your standard order.
Personalised: Orders placed Monday to Sunday are processed the following week, so can take up to
Process: we aim to dispatch standard orders within 48 hours (2 working days), and shipping usually takes 2-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see this!
Can I get same day delivery?

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Check your spam /promotions folder if you haven't received confirmation of your order.
Can I return my product?
If there is a problem with your delivery we’re happy to help if we can. Orders are insured for damages in transit. If you have opened your bottle we can’t take it back!
Do you take back empty bottles?
We don’t currently take back empty bottles though we are looking into a bottle deposit scheme.
Can I get my product personalised?
Yes, we offer a range of personalisation options including adding a ‘message on a bottle’ to your order.
Can I design my own label?
Yes! We can print a custom label to your own design or illustration and we can work with companies to create branded cocktails. Talk to us hello@craftcocktails.ie
I've ordered as a gift and don't want to include the price, is that ok?
We send a packing slip with orders, but don't worry we don't include prices on this in case cocktails are being sent as gifts.
Do you also have a bar?
Yes, we do! It’s called Bar 1661 and it was voted Ireland’s Best Cocktail Bar in 2019.
Do you do corporate orders?

Can I buy Craft Cocktails anywhere else?
