Another classic cocktail popularised in the 1800s, the Whiskey Sour is part of a large family of drinks made by mixing lemon, sugar and bitters to your favourite spirit. Fast forward 100 plus years and it’s whiskey that rules the roost with this old time classic. We’ve tweaked the original recipe by using Bulleit Bourbon blended with Roe and Co Irish Whiskey and leaving the egg white out. All you need to do is pour over ice and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Based on a classic sour cocktail, mixing two parts strong, one part sour and one part sweet.

Method
Chill, shake, pop, pour
Serve over ice
Garnish with a cocktail cherry

Craft Cocktails are created by some of Ireland’s best bartenders, and still independently owned. Made using 100% natural ingredients so some sediment may occur, shake before use. Pop within 12 months and once open, refrigerate and drink within 3 days.
