Craft Cocktails are handmade in Dublin 7 by our team of award-winning bartenders, using fresh ingredients, then put through a natural stabilisation process in-house.

Our range of bottled cocktails is made using 100% natural ingredients only. That means natural fruits, no chemicals, just some serious bartender know-how. When we say lime, we mean fresh lime. When we say strawberry, we mean real strawberry.

Because we use only natural ingredients, some sedimentation is normal. Give the bottle a shake before use.

Craft Cocktails are ready to serve — just chill, shake, pop and pour. They're best served over ice, with a garnish if you fancy one. Each bottle has the method and a suggested garnish printed on the label.

Serve chilled, straight from the fridge, in your nicest glass, and don't be shy with the ice. We serve ours with cubes made using Cocktail Kingdom's food-grade rubber ice cube trays — Craft Cocktails are the exclusive Irish stockists of the New York brand.

Craft Cocktails have a 4–6 month shelf life. The exceptions are our online exclusives, the Belfast Coffee and the Not a Negroni, which have a four-week shelf life. The best before date is stamped on every label.

Once opened, keep it in the fridge and drink within 3 days. A good rule of thumb: treat your cocktail the way you'd treat an open bottle of white wine.

Our 700ml bottles contain 7 serves and our 200ml bottles contain 2 serves. The exception is the Belfast Coffee, which contains 6.

We currently ship nationwide within the Republic of Ireland. You can also find us in over 100 stockists across the island of Ireland — see where to find us.

We charge a flat rate of €7.50 for packaging and secure shipping — we want your Craft Cocktails to arrive in one piece. Shipping is free on our mixed bundles and on orders over €100.

Standard orders: 4–7 working days.

Personalised orders: orders placed Monday to Sunday are processed the following week, so allow up to 14 working days from order to delivery.

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 48 hours, and shipping usually takes 2–5 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships — do check your spam folder if you don't see it.

If you've had a shipping notification and nothing has arrived after 5 working days, email us at hello@craftcocktails.ie and we'll track it. Once an order is dispatched we rely on third-party carriers, so we can't guarantee times in busy periods. Full details are in our shipping policy.

We use local drivers for Dublin city and suburbs, and UPS for secure nationwide delivery.

Check your spam and promotions folders. If it's still not there, email hello@craftcocktails.ie and we'll sort it.

If there's a problem with your delivery we're happy to help where we can — orders are insured against damage in transit. If you've opened the bottle, we can't take it back.

Not at the moment, though we're looking into a bottle deposit scheme.

Of course. We send a packing slip with orders, but we never print prices on it, in case cocktails are being sent as gifts.
