Aviation is a sour gin cocktail that has been doing the rounds for over a century. We’ve tweaked the classic recipe, mixing premium Irish gin with cherry and violet liqueurs for a floral summery sipper. Best poured over ice with a maraschino cherry garnish.

Craft Cocktails are created by some of Ireland’s best bartenders, and still independently owned. Made using 100% natural ingredients so some sediment may occur, shake before use. Pop within 12 months and once open, refrigerate and drink within 3 days.
